How Construction are a family run business with a history of 35 years experience in the building trade, we were established in 1995.

We are based in Sutton which is a Parish of Rochford in Essex.

 

We were recently featured in BBC's The House that 100K Built on a local project in Little Wakering. We carried out all the structural works/timber framing works and staircases to form a detached 4 bed house to a high spec handing over the finishing detail as requested by the client for this particular project.

With our extensive construction experience we are able to advise and to work to customer requirements whilst obtaining the necessary permissions from local authorities to ensure your works are constructed to current building regulations and planning permissions.

We are fully conversant with architects and engineer’s drawings for pricing and building purpose and are happy to receive these via e-mail.

Whilst working on your property we are fully covered by public liability insurance and we work within the guidelines of CDM 2015 health & safety regulations
