Wyatts Drive

Re-roof over extension and old asbestos garage roof to incorporate remote controlled vellux flat roof window with downlighters, new roller shutter garage door, upvc window & back door to transform garage

We extended a secondary kitchen by knocking through a load bearing wall, fitting a steel beam and installing a new fitted kitchen with tiled splashback and laminate flooring to a decorated finish. Downlighters were fitted to help light up the new kitchen

We have recently started a loft conversion to create 2 bedrooms and an en-suite in the old loft space for to create more family space. To utilise the available roof space we are removing the hip end to the side of the property and extending the roof out to a gable with a 6.5m wide flat roof dormer to the rear. All the works are accessed from a scaffold to keep disruption to a minimum and we enter the house to cut out the staircase in the last few weeks

Bishopsteignton

We built a single-story rear extension in Bishopsteignton to open up the existing kitchen and lounge to a large open plan living area. We also installed 4 electrically operated roof windows and 2 sets of bi-fold doors to maximize the light on this south-facing garden.

Palmeira Ave

We recently refurbished a penthouse flat on Westcliff seafront for “Lee Stafford” a celebrity hairdresser
We erected a scaffold and replaced the external balcony balustrade with a hand made timber replacement designed as the existing one
We carried out some maintenance work and fully redecorated the flat to a high standard
All works were accessed via a dedicated lift and we left the flat with professionally cleaned carpets throughout

Hadleigh Park Drive

We carried out major structural works to a period house to completely remove the central chimney through two floors including the foundation

We then excavated and formed a 1m x 1m x 1.2m concrete pad. We built a 675mm x 220mm engineering pier and installed 3 steels to support the rear of the house

The complete rear wall and dividing walls were removed from the ground floor to create a stunning open plan living space which is to be finished to a high spec

Philpott Ave

We are currently building a single storey rear extension to form open plan kitchen/diner living with a separate utility room/fitness room and ground floor toilet. We have sourced bricks to match the existing bricks and we will be installing UPVC bi-fold doors & windows to open up the living area to the garden. We will be removing 5 meters of the existing rear wall to incorporate the existing kitchen/diner to the new extension

St Georges Park Avenue

"We converted a loft storage area in a 3 bedroomed family house to enable the family to have a further bedroom and bathroom. We built a full width dormer to the rear of the roof to create a bedroom 7 meters by 3 meters and a fully fitted en-suite with shower/toilet/handbasin. Planning permission was not needed for this project due to the dormer not overlooking a road although building regulations were necessary. Special detail is being given to the finishes with a bespoke feature brick slip wall to the master bedroom and fully tiled walls & floor to the en-suite. We have created a walk-in wardrobe area as well as providing storage cupboards to the front of the roof."

Wakering Road #2

"We built a 2 story extension next door to a previous project. This particular project is a 2 story side and rear extension to change a 2 bedroomed cottage with ground floor bathroom into a 4 bedroomed semi-detached house with integral garage, separate dining room, ground floor toilet & utility room,1st floor bathroom & separate en-suite. we will update this project until completion later this year"

Chelsworth Crecent

"We built a ground floor extension to the rear of a property blending in features with the original bungalow. We used reclaimed roof tiles to match the existing roof and matched the existing bricks. This opened up the existing kitchen and created an office space with maximum daylight whilst retaining the existing living room with oak room divider doors. The new floor area was fitted with underfloor heating and oak engineered flooring."

We carried out all the structural works/timber framing works and staircases to form a detached 4-bed house to a high spec handing over the finishing detail as requested by the client for this particular project."

"We Carried out major structural works to a family house by first supporting the rear external wall using props & needles over a 9-meter span to install steels and concrete pad stones. This was followed by removing the rear wall to open up the rear of a family house for a luxury open plan living area to be created."
